The Business

A 40 year old business started in the UK to provide local authorities with a standard range of rail waiting structures fabricated to form a kit of components and assembled when installed at site. The business has grown to become the leading authority in rail waiting structure design & manufacture not only across the UK, but also the world.

The business has become part of a larger group of businesses through organic growth and acquisition, all of whom have support under the banner of BSW Group.

The increased sophistication of design for rail waiting structures and shelters includes carefully selecting the most appropriate materials & finishes and skilled and experienced design and product engineers building and creating structures within a 3D model environment.

Facilities

Our facilities and resources include 3 production units that represent a total area of 144,000 square foot within a 17 acre business park located between Cardiff and Bridgend.

Our production facility is equipped with the latest technology that includes laser cutting, robotic welding and CNC machining. Continued investment in modern efficient and energy saving production equipment ensures efficiencies can be passed on to our customers.

Our full control over every part of production is important to us, and the reason we have one of the largest powder coating facilities in the UK and are owner/ operators of a fleet of trucks and related vehicles to ensure we use no sub contract labour.

Further regional depots across the UK located in Birmingham, Leeds and Barnsley provide locations from which our management teams coordinate, sub assemble and install our customers products with their own regional staff.
